Shipping in Greece
All our products are sent as registered
and delivered through an ACS Courier company or Greek Post Office, throughout
Greece.
The usual delivery time is 1-4 working days for all of Greece, depending on the
day/hour of order.
Products ready to be delivered are sent within 24 hours (in case that the order
is given in working days).
In case that the goods ordered are not ready to be delivered, there may be a
delay of 3-6 working days.
If a question of availability arises, you will be informed by phone or e-mail.
The cost of shipping and packaging is 3,5 € up to 2.00 kg.
Orders over 40.00 € are NOT charged with
shipping costs.
The cost of the cash on delivery service with ELTA Courier or ACS Courier is 1.50 Euros. The
cost of the cash on delivery service with Greek Post Office is 1.00 Euros.
After delivering you can follow the order path by checking the tracking number
easily and quickly.
The products are going to be
delivered at the postal address declaired by the client.
All goods are accompanied by the legal tax document.
It is possible to issue an invoice if requested.
Please chek the parcel externally before receiving from the courier
company. In case there are signs of damage DO NOT accept it.
Delivery time varies for inaccessible areas. It is usually +2-3
working days.
In cases with increased traffic of courier companies, such as
holiday season, or weather conditions, strikes etc, there may be a
delay in the delivery of order.
For orders received until 14:00 and paid, we will make every effort
to be delivered to the courier company on the same day.
In orders of excessive weight and volume we will contact you for the
cost of transport. We are trying to find the most economical
solutions.
Shipping Abroad
The exact shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of the products and the shipping destination. All goods are shipped exactly as ordered and in the fastest and safest possible way. Upon completion of the ordering process, the exact cost of shipping will be displayed in the corresponding field.
After delivering you can follow the order path by checking the tracking number easily and quickly.
Average delivery time in European Countries 8-12 working days. Outside the EU 15-25 working days.
We ship our goods all over the world by Hellenic Post (ELTA) with first class registered letters accompanied by a shipping code.
Shipping Abroad The exact shipping cost is calculated according to products weight and the shipping destination. All items are sent as registered and express for the fastest and safest delivery.
During the checkout process, the exact shipping cost will be mentioned in your order confirmation screen.
For your prior information, the costs are approximately calculated as follow:
1) Within Europe
a. Weight< 0.5Kg: Between 6-9 euros.
b. Weight< 1Kg: Between 9-12 euros.
c. Weight< 2Kg: Between 12-16 euros.
2) Outside Europe
a. Weight< 0.5Kg: Between 6-10 euros.
b. Weight< 1Kg: Between 10-15 euros.
c. Weight< 2Kg: Between 15-25 euros. Please note that the exact cost will be mentioned in your order confirmation screen BEFORE you send us your order, so you can safely check and approve the exact shipping cost.
